If you answered "yes" to these questions, then I have an AWESOME deal for you! This will also be a great way to get your feet wet in gas points this week if you have never tried it before. Giant Food stores is offering the single box of Puffs tissues for 4/$5 ($1.25 each) AND they are included in the Buy 3, Get .$20/gal category for gas points.
A quick refresher on Giant gas points is that they can be used on a single fill up, good up to 30 gallons. You can purchase the required items in a gas points category as much as you want. So you can do this order over & over again until you reach your free tank of gas. If you car only holds 20 gallons, you are allowed to use the rest of your "fill" in a gas can(s), but you CAN NOT use it in a 2nd car. Got it?
Here is an example order for each group of 3 tissues purchased:
Buy 3 boxes of Puffs Tissues = $3.75 up front cost
Earn .20cents/gal x 30 gals = $6.00 in FREE gas earned
TOTAL = $2.25 "Money Maker"
If you want to earn a free tank straight up through tissues, here is the order:
Buy 60 boxes of Puffs Tissues = $75.00
Earn $4.00/gal x 30 gals =$120.00 in FREE gas earned
TOTAL =$45 "Money Maker"
*Note: You will have some gas points left over since gas is under $4.00/gal as of time of posting. These points will just "roll" & you can use them toward your next fill up!
IF you plan on doing a fill up by buying 60 tissues, PLEASE pre-order through your Giant customer service desk. It's "couponing etiquette" to NOT clear the shelves & pre-order. If you order early in the week, they will get them by the end of the week. It usually takes 2-4 days for pre-ordering to come in. If you don't need 60 tissues, you can certainly pass them on to family, friends or to a donation. Churches & schools LOVE free stuff like this. It's a huge help to their budget.
